Flex and Rigid-Flex Engineering Leader

A leading West Coast PCB and PCBA company with $150 million in annual revenue is seeking an exceptional flex and rigid-flex engineer to lead its Flex and Rigid-Flex Division. This high-impact executive role combines technical leadership, operational direction, customer engagement, and business development.

The successful candidate will guide engineering strategy, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, solve complex design and production challenges, and help expand the division’s market presence. This individual will also serve as the division’s thought leader and public spokesperson, representing the company with customers, industry organizations, media, and at technical events.
