Director of PCB Operations

Our client is seeking an experienced PCB manufacturing leader to oversee daily plant operations and help lead the company through its next stage of growth. This individual will be responsible for production, engineering, quality, scheduling, delivery performance, continuous improvement, and workforce development. The successful candidate will establish clear priorities, hold teams accountable, remove production obstacles, and create a culture built around safety, quality, service, and operational excellence.

The right candidate will have at least 10 years of printed circuit board manufacturing experience, including five or more years in a senior operations or plant leadership role. A thorough understanding of PCB fabrication processes, lean manufacturing, capacity planning, quality systems, capital equipment, and production metrics is required. Experience serving high-reliability or regulated markets is strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $175,000–$225,000, depending on experience, plus performance incentives and benefits.
