Quality Manager, PCB Manufacturing

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager who understands that quality is more than inspection—it is a company-wide commitment to doing the job correctly every time. This individual will lead the quality organization, maintain certifications, manage corrective actions, oversee audits, improve process controls, and work closely with customers and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have direct experience with PCB manufacturing quality systems and a working knowledge of applicable standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, IPC Class 3, MIL specifications, ITAR, and customer-specific requirements. Responsibilities will include root-cause analysis, internal auditing, supplier quality, documentation, training, continuous improvement, and customer communication.

Candidates should have at least seven years of quality experience within PCB fabrication, electronics manufacturing, or another highly regulated technical industry. Previous management experience and a strong command of problem-solving methods are required.

Salary Range: $125,000–$165,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.
